- Perform maintenance and inspections using A&P license outside of certified repair station.
- Diagnose malfunctioning systems and determine corrective actions for safety and airworthiness.
- Conduct airframe inspections, hidden damage inspections, and operational tests.
Lead Technician Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily huddle meetings and assign maintenance tasks.
- Identify and elevate work performance issues and safety concerns.
Documentation/Compliance:
- Update maintenance tracking program and ensure timely compliance with inspections.
- Compose aircraft maintenance documentation for return-to-service qualifications.
- Perform aircraft mass and balance record calculations per applicable manuals.
