Training Strategy:
- Analyze training requirements and develop strategies.
- Ensure operator training programs integrate into sustainment strategy.
- Track completion of training programs.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with USBP managers and subject matter experts.
- Provide administrative support for site visits and workshops.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to meet mission requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of government training experience.
- Active CBP background investigation preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
