System Administration and Configuration:
- Manage daily LMS operations including user registration and maintenance.
- Optimize LMS configuration such as integrations, sub-portals, and permissions.
- Update system workflows and maintain documentation to enhance training experiences.
Scheduling and Operations:
- Coordinate daily logistics for the Public Training team, including scheduling and vendor coordination.
- Create schedules for timely training updates and archive content on schedule.
- Plan for training capacity by reviewing usage, costs, and staffing schedules.
Reporting and Support:
- Track, analyze, and report training metrics like attendance and completion rates.
- Provide excellent technical support for diverse audiences and resolve user issues.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure cutting-edge, accessible trainings align with organizational goals.
