Manage and reconcile Ascend identifiers within our accounting partner system.
Perform regular data audits between systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Runs reports and maintains clean, consistent data across all integrated platforms.

User & Account Management:

Create and manage colleague profiles in insurance platforms.
Provision new user accounts in various systems as part of the colleague onboarding process.
Coordinate offboarding access removal when applicable in collaboration with HR and the Operations team.

Onboarding & Training Support:

Assist with new colleague onboarding logistics, including schedule creation and onboarding calendar management.
Co-facilitate core tools training sessions alongside the operations lead.
Lead content export projects and ongoing maintenance of training modules in Learning Management System (LMS).

Branding & General Operations:

Apply updated branding guidelines to internal resources, templates, and training materials.
Serve as an internal point of contact for platform access and account-related questions.
Document operational processes and identify opportunities to streamline recurring workflows.
