Overview:
- The Specialist coordinates and executes administrative, logistical, and operational processes for YUSA's training and learning delivery system.
- This role ensures accurate scheduling, registration processing, refunds, reimbursements, and event-related administration.
Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative workflows for course scheduling, trainer communications, and training logistics.
- Process registrations, payments, refunds, and reimbursements accurately and on time.
- Coordinate back-office training operations including data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
- 2-4 years of experience required.
- Intermediate functional skills and some industry knowledge.
