About the role:
- Ensure all ASHA CE requirements and procedures are followed for course registration.
- Serve as primary contact between Lingraphica and ASHA.
- Interact with external speech-language pathologists to support course completions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as day-to-day liaison with ASHA.
- Run ASHA reports, audit rosters, and submit to CE governing bodies.
- Provide customer follow-up to learners and maintain organized file systems.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Zoom, Slack, and LMS systems.
- Excellent communication and proofreading skills, ability to work independently.
Additional Information:
- Work is performed remotely from a home office with reliable internet.
- Travel up to 2 times per year within the US for in-person meetings.
