About the role:

  • Ensure all ASHA CE requirements and procedures are followed for course registration.
  • Serve as primary contact between Lingraphica and ASHA.
  • Interact with external speech-language pathologists to support course completions.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as day-to-day liaison with ASHA.
  • Run ASHA reports, audit rosters, and submit to CE governing bodies.
  • Provide customer follow-up to learners and maintain organized file systems.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, Zoom, Slack, and LMS systems.
  • Excellent communication and proofreading skills, ability to work independently.

Additional Information:

  • Work is performed remotely from a home office with reliable internet.
  • Travel up to 2 times per year within the US for in-person meetings.
