Open Positions
Oversee the day-to-day administration and implementation of assigned insurance programs and related services for Y-USA. Serve as a primary resource for internal stakeholders on insurance coverage, requirements, and processes. Monitor insurance industry trends, analyze program data, and support renewals and program improvements.

Lead the design, launch, and management of Y-USA's Preferred Vendor Program to help local Ys save money and access favorable terms. Establish a service-oriented procurement process through vendor selection, RFP/RFQ, pricing analysis, negotiations, and policy improvements. Partner with Legal, Finance, Technology, and other teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and strong vendor relationships.
