Responsibilities:
- Provide specialized consulting services focused on operational improvements for local YMCAs.
- Facilitate projects with Service Partners, Alliance Partners, and local YMCAs to develop operational support plans.
- Mediate service area disputes and support YMCA corporate and branch development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8-12 years of experience required.
- Expert functional and managerial skills with strategic decision-making authority.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and complex tasks with minimal supervision.
