Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage administrative operations and collaborate on budgets and business plans.
- Ensure highest quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
- Increase census growth and oversee state surveys.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum five years of multi-site or regional management experience.
- Proven ability to track industry trends, create business plans, and lead a team.
Additional Information:
- Full-time salaried position with remote work covering DE, PA, and Southern NJ.
