Role Overview:
- Senior leadership role owning membership growth strategy across the full member lifecycle.
- Translate member insights and analytics into measurable growth strategies.
- Remote role with up to 10% travel for major meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead acquisition, onboarding, engagement, renewal, and win-back initiatives.
- Partner with marketing, education, events, and field teams to integrate membership value.
- Manage membership budget, forecast revenue, and oversee membership technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of progressive membership growth experience.
- At least 2 years of people management and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency with AMS, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
