- 8+ years of experience in community growth, strategy, operations, or related fields, including work on a consumer product.
- Strong analytical fluency with advanced spreadsheet modeling and working knowledge of SQL.
- Proven ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and influence cross-functional partners.
