Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and enforce global PM methodologies across all accounts.

Team Leadership & Mentorship:

Qualifications:
- 7+ years in Project Management, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role within a marketing or ad production agency.
- Advanced expertise in Monday.com (or similar enterprise-level PM tools), Slack, and Google Workspace.
- A portfolio of success stories where you successfully standardized workflows or improved delivery margins across a multi-team organization.
