Financial Analyst

As a Financial Analyst at OnePay, you'll develop robust financial analysis and build efficient financial processes to support our business objectives. You’ll develop forecasts and budgets, track business performance, and conduct ad hoc analysis, primarily focused on OnePay's credit products. Success in this role means that finance is able to deliver timely insights to our business partners thanks to your data-driven insights, modeling skills, attention to detail, and focus on continuous improvement. This role is responsible for forecasting and budgeting by building/improving models, gathering business inputs, analyzing assumptions, and developing materials for business partner and executive audiences. It also includes management reporting and analysis through actionable reports, variance analysis, and partnering with analytics teams. Moreover, ad hoc projects and analysis by conducting relevant analysis and identifying opportunities to simplify and automate processes will be expected.
