Technical Program Manager

As a Technical Program Manager at Signifyd, you'll be at the forefront of protecting and growing e-commerce businesses in the face of fraud and abuse, while enabling seamless customer experiences and insights. In this role, you'll orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that directly impact our customers' success. You will work on complex technical initiatives that protect billions in e-commerce transactions in a fast-paced, growing fintech company. Partner with engineering, product, and data science teams to build scalable fraud prevention solutions. Key responsibilities include owning project scope, goals, and milestones, tracking issues and risks, understanding technical capabilities, driving clarity, building trust, using data to track progress, creating artifacts, keeping customer needs in mind, and fostering a collaborative environment.
