Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and build custom FileMaker applications to meet specific business needs for environmental services.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing database systems to improve functionality and user experience.
- Work within a remote team structure, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
Work Schedule and Setup:
- Operate on specified shift schedules such as 4 pm - 1 am PHT or 9 pm - 6 am PHT to align with team or client needs.
- Fully remote work arrangement, allowing flexibility within the Philippines, including locations like Bacolod, Cebu, Davao, and Metro Manila.
- Utilize digital tools and platforms for seamless collaboration and project management across distributed teams.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in FileMaker development, including customization and maintenance of database applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while coordinating effectively with cross-regional team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality software solutions for environmental service operations.
