How you make a difference:
- Provides support and guidance to onsite staff in the delivery of telehealth nursing services.
- Assists with assessment of patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs in collaboration with onsite clinical staff.
- Supports planning and implementation of individualized treatment programs as directed by healthcare practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assists onsite staff through use of remote access and virtual technology while following established policies and protocols.
- Documents nursing encounters accurately and communicates clinical information to appropriate staff members.
- Provides support and guidance to onsite staff in delivery of telehealth nursing services
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
- Minimum of one (1) year correctional healthcare experience or A minimum of one (1) year clinical experience.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse.
