Role Overview:

  • The Regional Director drives business development and relationship management within major Wirehouse advisor channels.
  • They lead proactive sales initiatives and coordinate across the Broker Dealer channel to deepen Dimensional's footprint.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic sales and territory management across a book of business primarily composed of Wirehouse-affiliated Financial Advisors.
  • Proactively generate new advisor relationships while deepening existing partnerships to maximize Net New Assets.
  • Act as a thought partner to high-production teams and internal gatekeepers, delivering high-impact presentations.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive track record in Financial Services within external wholesaling or sales.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA, CFA, or CIMA designation strongly preferred.
  • Proven network and established Wirehouse relationships within Northern California.
