Project Manager

Full project life cycle ownership from initiation to deployment for multiple initiatives is expected. The Project Manager serves as the main point of contact for the customer and Coalfire team and prepares project plans for all phases. They work with Resource Deployment Managers to secure resources, manage day-to-day activities and resources, and provide status reporting regarding project milestones, risks, and issues. Understanding interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs, the Project Manager is responsible for project scope, budget, timelines, communication, and change management. They also monitor and track issues, conflicts, and critical path deliverables, escalating issues when necessary. Effectively applies Coalfire methodology and enforces project standards; provides feedback on process changes and improvements and maintains company defined billable utilization targets.
