Job Description
Acquire new customers within the assigned territory. Screen the database received from the pre-sales team to identify relevant contacts such as Directors, MDs, CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, and Business Heads using various sources including client websites, internet searches, and LinkedIn. Engage with potential prospects over the phone to brief them on products and schedule meetings. Demonstrate the ability to successfully close sales, particularly within the mid-corporate segment. Share a daily call status/MIS report with the team, capturing details of clients contacted or met, and new companies added to the database. Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle support, from order entry to dispatch. Conduct client engagement activities, including soliciting feedback to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
