The Tier 2 Account Executive II is responsible for selling the Companyβs products and services to new and/or existing clients and developing or expanding accounts primarily through face-to-face sales. Responsibilities are focused on maintaining and growing the D&B revenue stream through renewal management, win-back, cross-sell, and up-sell of new opportunities. Identify new contacts and deepen relationships with current contacts and generate new business through identifying new client needs that can be met with a D&B solution.
Cultivating customer relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their business challenges and determining where D&B can provide value. Requires a deep understanding of Dun & Bradstreetβs product offerings and the specific business concerns facing our customers. Aligned to the Third-Party Risk & Compliance Solutions business within D&B and requires extensive domain expertise in this industry.
Acquire new customers within the assigned territory. Screen the database received from the pre-sales team to identify relevant contacts such as Directors, MDs, CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, and Business Heads using various sources. Engage with potential prospects over the phone and demonstrate the ability to successfully close sales.
