Role:
- You will operate the infrastructure behind Monad, a high-performance EVM-compatible Layer 1, and design AI-driven automation.
- You will ensure the health of globally-distributed nodes and build agentic tooling with guardrails.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the node fleet, own infrastructure-as-code (Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes), and build observability (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).
- Develop AI agents and runbooks-as-code to automate routine operations safely.
Qualifications:
- You have 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience, strong Linux fundamentals, and deep IaC skills.
- You are fluent with AI-assisted engineering and bring calm incident response.
