Staff Platform Engineer

What makes this role different:

• You will design the system that AI agents operate, not run procedures by hand.
• You will write the guardrails and runbooks that let agents execute safely.
• You will own the failures that no runbook covers yet.

Primary duties:

• Own infrastructure topology, scaling, and blast-radius boundaries.
• Build validation gates, idempotency checks, and drift detectors.
• Lead incident response and encode every fix as a runbook and regression test.

What We’ll Love About You:

• 5+ years operating production Kubernetes and AWS at scale.
• Strong Terraform and GitOps practice with a bias for automation.
• Real incident-response experience on distributed-systems failures.
