Team Lead - Trading

Accountabilities:

• Own the technical direction and architecture of trading-related services.
• Lead roadmap planning and delivery, translating ambiguous business objectives into prioritized engineering work.
• Stay hands-on with development, contributing code and maintaining high technical standards.

Requirements:

• Senior- or Staff-level software engineering experience with a track record of leading engineers.
• Previous professional experience in trading or exchange environments.
• Strong coding experience across low- and high-level languages such as C/C++, Go, Rust, Java, or Python.
