Head of Finance

About the Role:

• Act as the first in-house finance leader, building structure and strategic clarity.
• Drive financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own budgeting, cash flow management, and investor-ready models.
• Establish robust financial controls and audit-ready processes.
• Partner cross-functionally to align budgets and improve decision-making.

Requirements:

• 5–10+ years in finance, FP&A, or accounting in high-growth environments.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and ERP systems.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
