Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Manage social science research programs on national security topics, including designing projects and creating research instruments.
  • Conduct open-source research, analyze primary data, document findings, and report status updates to senior client leadership.
  • Develop the firm's proprietary methodologies and products while supporting business development and marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree with 8+ years experience or Bachelor's with 10+ years in a social science discipline such as psychology or political science.
  • Strong research, writing, and program management skills with expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, secure online search methods, and ability to work remotely and solve complex problems independently.
