Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage social science research programs on national security topics, including designing projects and creating research instruments.
- Conduct open-source research, analyze primary data, document findings, and report status updates to senior client leadership.
- Develop the firm's proprietary methodologies and products while supporting business development and marketing efforts.
Required Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree with 8+ years experience or Bachelor's with 10+ years in a social science discipline such as psychology or political science.
- Strong research, writing, and program management skills with expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, secure online search methods, and ability to work remotely and solve complex problems independently.
