Professional Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/IS projects
- Hands-on experience in IAM or identity governance projects.
- Exposure to CIAM a strong plus.
IAM Domain Expertise:
- Deep understanding of IAM/CIAM core concepts.
- Familiarity with Entra ID, Clear Skye, Keycloak, or similar IAM tools.
- Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC).
Requirements & Process Skills:
- Proven ability to elicit, document, and validate complex business and technical requirements.
- Expertise in process mapping and gap analysis.
- Skilled in requirements traceability.
