Job Description

The Project Manager will support the team leaders and team in overseeing and managing projects and initiatives. This role develops, coordinates, and implements project tasks and activities. Role Responsibilities include creating projects in Asana, assisting the team leader and teams in creating projects and subtasks, managing and communicating within projects, coordinating project tasks to ensure project milestones are achieved, and following up with team members to check progress. They will also communicate project activities to team members, create and maintain team meeting minutes, and report project status updates on Asana to stakeholders. Qualifications include leadership skills, prioritization, excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively. One year of project coordination or management experience is required, with a time commitment of 8 hours weekly for 6 months in the USA (Central and EST).
