Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls during business hours to schedule quotes and book jobs, and own outbound calls on unconverted leads.
  • Own daily scheduling and dispatch to ensure jobs are correctly staffed, and manage accounts receivable with automated and manual follow-up.

Administrative Duties:

  • Complete onboarding paperwork, background checks, and system access for new hires before their first day.
  • Submit and approve all team timesheets by payroll cutoff, and track and renew licenses and compliance documents 30 days before expiration.

Communication and Data Management:

  • Serve as the communication hub between the owner, GM, technicians, and customers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate data entry across the CRM, job records, and financial documents to support team growth and success.
