Job Description
As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA, this role is focused on driving large scale delivery, triaging sales-led B2B requests, supporting AI delivery, building alignment and trust, establishing clarity, and mentoring others. Lead planning and programs across B2B, aligning teams and stakeholders, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, roadmaps, and quality expectations then see these plans through to launch. Act as the first line of triage for inbound B2B customer asks, partnering with Operations, Sales, TAMs, and Product to assess urgency, then determine feasibility with existing delivery roadmaps and strategic priorities. Help teams contributing to B2B plan, coordinate, and launch AI-powered features. Ensure delivery practices evolve to meet the speed, safety, and cross-functional complexity that AI introduces. This role will work across both the B2B program an area central to Canva's strategic priorities and increasingly shaped by AI innovation.
