Workday Specialist, Talent Insights & Reporting

What you'll be doing:

• Design, build, and maintain custom Workday reports across various modules using Advanced, Matrix, Trending, and Composite report types.
• Extract data from Workday and other HR systems, analyze for trends and insights on workforce demographics, performance, compensation, turnover.
• Ensure data integrity through quality checks, validation procedures, and routine audits of source data and reporting logic.

What you need to bring:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday reporting ecosystem and large data sets.
• Expert-level proficiency in creating complex Calculated Fields and mastery of Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) and experience with high-stakes reports like Board decks or ESG reporting.
