Job Description
This position is a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization. You will lead our Founder's Office (Strategic Projects Team), taking ownership of top business priorities that require rapid 0-to-1 execution, including projects like new market GTM strategies, product pricing strategy, future acquisitions, market research, vendor operations, and business development. In addition to leading the Founder's office, you will design and execute leadership operating model, and drive business and operations acceleration across all functions. The ideal candidate will integrate AI tools into their thinking and workflows to amplify their capabilities and create structure where there's chaos and drive progress where there's stagnation.
