Primary Purpose of the Role:
- Analyze and process claims through action plans to a timely resolution.
- Investigate and gather information to determine the exposure on the claim.
- Report claims to the excess carrier and respond to requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent.
- High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
