Technical Leadership & Customer Support:

  • Serve as a trusted technical expert for cryogenic systems, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Provide onsite support for installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
  • Advise customers on OEM standards and best practices.

Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution:

  • Diagnose complex issues in mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
  • Minimize system downtime with efficient root cause analysis.
  • Implement corrective actions with precision.

Maintenance & Safety:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, including inspections and calibration.
  • Uphold Nikkiso's safety culture and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Prepare detailed field service reports and document equipment history.
