Account Manager (IT Solutions)- EST Shift

The Account Manager will provide Sales & CRM Support by tracking and managing customer and referral partner leads and processing commissions. They will also prepare initial drafts of RFP responses, maintain the CRM by updating deals, contacts, milestones, contracts, dashboards, and client tags. In addition, the Account Manager will handle Direct Sourcing leads and manage SharePoint client folder templates. With Account Management & Client Operations, The Account Manager will schedule and manage QAR/AAR meetings, track and follow up on NPS/CSAT surveys, support client gifting logistics, monitor hours for maintenance projects, and notify clients of India holidays. They will also provide Marketing & Communication Support to manage and map reviews, testimonials, and case studies to relevant services, assisting in creating and updating case studies and sales collateral.
