Key Responsibilities:
- Build and scale the enablement function from scratch, owning the strategy, development, and delivery of training programs for Customer Success Teams and customers.
- Create comprehensive, reusable training content using AI tools, manage the LMS, and align training with product release cycles.
- Design enablement programs for diverse audiences, facilitate live sessions, and continuously iterate based on feedback.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience building enablement programs from the ground up at a growing company.
- Hands-on expertise in developing training content (video, documentation, interactive modules) and leveraging AI tools.
- Strong facilitation, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
What Success Looks Like:
- Within 90 days: assess existing materials, identify gaps, and launch a prioritized content roadmap.
- Within six months: establish clear consumption pathways and knowledge checks in the LMS with measurable engagement.
- Within one year: build a comprehensive enablement library that improves time-to-competency and reduces support escalations.
