What you'll do:
- Bridge marketing, product, and sales by owning the programs, content, and tools that help reps close deals faster.
- Balance hands-on program delivery with strategic content creation, instructional design, and data analysis.
- Bring structure to how adult learners absorb information and rigor to measuring whether it sticks.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver ramp-up programs for new hires and ongoing training on new products or sales methodologies.
- Design blended learning solutions including eLearning modules, facilitator guides, job aids, and video content using Articulate Rise or Storyline.
- Manage day-to-day operations of CRM, sales engagement platforms, LMS, and AI coaching tools.
Your impact:
- Track and report on KPIs like Time to First Deal, Content Usage Rate, and Win Rate by segment.
- Apply Kirkpatrick levels 1–4 to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend curriculum improvements.
- Translate complex product updates into benefits-focused talk tracks and rep-facing enablement materials.
