The Director, Business Systems is a strategic leader, responsible for the evolution, and management of information systems critical to business performance and growth. This key role includes defining and implementing the business systems technology roadmap, managing existing systems, and identifying, evaluating and deploying new solutions. The Director, Business Systems makes informed recommendations to optimize operational efficiency, enrich client experience, and improve data-driven decision-making. Strategic leadership and roadmap management include defining and communicating the evolution of business systems so that they are aligned with corporate objectives. They will also oversee the continuous improvement and evolution of global business systems (CRM, ERP, BI and others), while actively supporting business functions (marketing, sales, customer service, finance, accounting, operations, etc.).
