About the Role:
- Own everything related to customer fund movements, from deposit to withdrawal.
- Collaborate with billing managers and development teams on payment integrations.
What You'll Do:
- Optimize the deposit funnel and implement country-specific payment methods.
- Manage withdrawal times, status updates, and minimize support inquiries.
- Track metrics, run experiments, and define quarterly roadmaps.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in billing and payments, including provider integrations.
- Strong knowledge of KYC/AML, payment cascading, and routing.
- Hands-on SQL, cohorts, and A/B testing skills.
