Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute federal and state advocacy strategies to reduce barriers to microgrid deployment and unlock incentives.
  • Cultivate high-value partnerships with utilities, data center operators, hyperscalers, and public-sector stakeholders.
  • Monitor policy developments, prepare briefs, and represent Delta in industry associations and coalitions.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of senior-level experience in business development, public policy advocacy, or strategic partnerships in clean energy.
  • Proven success driving new project developments or securing key policy wins.
  • Extensive hands-on experience engaging DOE, FERC, DoD, state energy offices, and major industry associations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience with utilities, government entities, or microgrid/DER interconnection frameworks.
  • Familiarity with U.S. energy resilience initiatives and critical infrastructure policy.
  • Deep understanding of utility rate design, standby charges, and partnership structures.
