Sr. Technology Architect

Role Overview:

• Provide strategic and technical leadership in design, evaluation, and governance of enterprise technology capabilities.
• Align architecture decisions with business priorities, enterprise capabilities, and long-term technology strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop current-state, target-state, and transition architectures supporting enterprise roadmaps.
• Participate in architecture reviews, governance processes, and portfolio planning.
• Coach and mentor less experienced team members while promoting consistency across business units.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; 5+ years in solution, application, data, or enterprise architecture.
• Experience with architecture frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman and relevant cloud or data certifications.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, APIs, integration patterns, and application architecture principles.

Compensation & Culture:

• Salary range from $110,000 to $155,000 plus benefits and retirement program.
