eBay Account Management Specialist

About the Role:

• We are looking for an experienced eBay Account Management Specialist who can independently manage and grow eBay accounts A–Z.
• The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with eBay Seller Hub, listings, account health, orders, inventory, customer service, promotions, advertising, and overall marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage eBay accounts A–Z and handle day-to-day marketplace operations, including listings, inventory, pricing, and product updates.
• Maintain strong eBay Seller Performance and Account Health, resolve issues, and manage Promoted Listings/eBay Advertising campaigns.
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion, advertising spend, ROAS, and fees, and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on eBay account management experience with proven A–Z account management skills.
• Strong understanding of eBay Seller Hub, listings, SEO, categories, item specifics, and optimization.
• Experience managing orders, returns, refunds, disputes, and buyer communications, plus strong analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing high-volume eBay stores and the US eBay marketplace.
• Experience with product research, competitor analysis, bulk listing uploads, and inventory management.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and knowledge of eBay policies and seller standards.
