Senior Business Architect

Looking for someone with at least 10 years of IT experience, including 5 years in Business Architecture on large, complex projects. Excellent communication, concept visualization, facilitation, stakeholder management, negotiation, consensus-building, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience collaborating with executives and senior management is a must. Responsibilities include creating conceptual and logical data models, designing optimized future versions of business areas, and horizontal business integration. Knowledge of Ontario Government Information Technology Standards (GO-ITS) for Architecture is required. The person who takes the role will develop Program Area(s) Business Architecture and corresponding Business Architecture Documentation (BAD) according to OPS standards and industry best practices. Need someone with the ability to create Business Architectures that directly informs and supports the elicitation of business and system requirements.
