Job Description
The main responsibility of the new team member will be to ensure the timely and accurate processing of claims settlements, as well as providing legal advice and support to other organizational units. Key responsibilities include activities related to the prevention and mitigation of losses, analysis of documentation related to claims, handling complaints, preparing proposals, and preparing insurance benefit payments. Additionally, the role involves preparing complex legal opinions, monitoring legislation, managing the recovery of receivables, and communicating with policyholders and attorneys. Preparing reports in accordance with Group rules and ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
