Looking for a highly-motivated cyber insurance or privacy attorney to join the global Claims and Incident Management team. Reporting to the Head of Claims, North America, this individual should have significant experience handling cyber claims and/or fluency with the incident response process. Further insurance experience in first-party as well as third-party claims and coverage, particularly Tech E&O, is a plus.

Convert defined scope, deliverables, and fee structures into templated contract formats, review contracts for accuracy, and track contracts. The consultant collaborates with the project team to ensure projects have sufficient funding, prepare contractual correspondence, and review claim notices. They assist in resolving invoice issues, track invoices, and assist in compiling monthly reports.

As a Contractual Compliance Coordinator, you will ensure the accuracy of reporting and procedural and financial claims processing requirements set forth by client and Health Plan contracts. This position is responsible for regulatory and contract compliance in the managed care lines of business, including routine monitoring and audits of procedures.
