Job Description
As the Billing Operations Analyst, you will oversee all order management and operational billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will review contracts, manage customer portals, resolve inquiries, manage DSO's, and build relationships with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams.
Perform month/quarter-end close tasks, execute internal controls, act as the subject matter expert on billing, prepare reports for audits, and drive ad hoc projects.
