Clinical Operations & Patient Care:
- Utilize advanced clinical judgment to triage patient symptoms per protocol.
- Conduct thorough reviews of refill requests and abnormal lab results.
- Act as the primary point of contact for complex patient or commercial escalations.
Clinical Leadership & Strategy:
- Oversee the daily distribution of RN tasks to ensure balanced workloads.
- Partner with Quality and Operations teams to identify bottlenecks and improve departmental efficiency.
- Contribute to the interview and onboarding process for new nursing staff.
About You:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- 5+ years of clinical RN experience in Primary Care, Endocrinology, or Obesity Medicine.
- 2+ years experience leading a nursing team.
