Job Description
Platform Strategy & Architecture: Define the long-term roadmap for the Salesforce ecosystem. Lead technical architecture decisions, balancing configuration, custom development, and third-party tools. Evaluate and manage platform health, including performance monitoring and security reviews.
Administration, Configuration & Development: Serve as administrator for all Salesforce instances, managing user access and licenses. Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Flows, custom objects, and programmatic capabilities. Maintain data integrity through regular audits and data cleansing.
Stakeholder Alignment & Leadership: Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, serving as a technical advisor. Gather and prioritize business requirements, translating them into Salesforce solutions. Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance.
