New Business Analyst (BA)

MoCaFi seeks an experienced Business Analyst (BA) to join our PMO team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between high-level use cases and detailed, actionable business requirements, ensuring the successful development and implementation of innovative payment solutions for the Federal government. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Operations, and other internal stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear specifications and intuitive user experiences. Primary Responsibilities: Use Case Documentation, Requirements Elicitation & Analysis, Documentation & Modeling, Stakeholder Alignment & Communication, Cross Team Collaboration & Support, Testing & Validation. The right candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field and 4+ years of experience in payments.
