Responsibilities:
- Perform Werfen instrument installations, validations, and trainings.
- Ensure total customer satisfaction and provide clinical and technical support.
- Maintain competency in regulatory requirements and data management systems.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Medical Technology or related scientific discipline required; Bachelor's preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years' lab or clinical experience; Medical Technologist or MLT highly considered.
Travel & Compensation:
- Approximately 80% travel within New England and part of New York.
- Annual base salary $90,000-$120,000 plus commission; eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match.
