Role:
- You provide expert functional support for Oracle Fusion PPM and connected apps to Americas users.
- You own complex incidents and coordinate resolution with global teams and Oracle.
Responsibilities:
- Support Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, Controls, Reporting, Resource Management, and analytics.
- Analyze project flows, prepare escalations, maintain ServiceNow ticket quality.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years Oracle ERP experience with strong hands-on Fusion PPM.
- Fluent English required; Spanish expected; French a plus.
